A leader and innovator in the treatment of eating disorders, Walden is another firm that turned to Metaphor for help with its launch and then stayed on as a long-term client for more than fifteen years.

Our role for Walden was designed to include all aspects of traditional marcom, but also to extend onto the client side, serving as an integral part of the company’s marketing department. We’re proud to have been entrusted with such a dual role, as it is a true testament to the client’s trust in our honesty and integrity.

Serving as brand stewards and strategic planners is an ongoing and challenging responsibility, but one that in the case of Walden we happily accepted. We developed a highly effective communications blueprint, including messaging to referral sources as well as to patients and family. Elements include website, public relations, social media, advertising, educational collateral, and email marketing.

Walden today is one of the premier eating disorders treatment programs in the country, and it has been a privilege to have played an integral role in their visibility, reputation, and growth.
